This Refund Policy governs all purchases made with CREATOR (“Company”, “We”, “Us”). By purchasing any service, you agree to the terms below.

₹999 Authority Audit – Refund Policy

The ₹999 Authority Audit is protected by a simple satisfaction guarantee.

If you are genuinely unhappy with the session, you may request a full refund.

Refund Conditions:

  • You must attend the scheduled audit call.
  • Refund request must be submitted within 48 hours of the session.
  • Request must be sent via email to: shivam@thetubestrategist.com
  • Subject line must read: “Authority Audit Refund Request”.

No proof of implementation is required.

If you feel the session did not provide value, simply inform us within the timeframe, and we will process your refund.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Full-Service Authority System – Refund & Cancellation Policy

Payments for the Full-Service Authority System are non-refundable once the service period begins.

Due to the strategic and intellectual nature of the work, planning and research begin immediately upon onboarding. Therefore, refunds are not offered for active or completed billing periods.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your service before the next billing cycle.

  • Cancellation must be requested at least 7 days before the next billing date.
  • Request must be submitted in writing to shivam@thetubestrategist.com .
  • Service remains active until the end of the current paid billing period.
  • No partial refunds will be issued for unused days within a billing cycle.

No Guarantee of Results

CREATOR does not guarantee specific view counts, consultations, revenue outcomes, subscriber growth, or algorithm performance.

Results depend on implementation, market conditions, niche positioning, consistency, and external platform factors beyond our control.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

You agree not to initiate any chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting CREATOR to resolve the matter.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in immediate termination of service and submission of proof of service delivery to financial institutions.

Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts in India.
